Client: TS Coaches Club
Sector: Sports coaching
Brief:
Coolfood is a global platform working in collaboration with the World Health Organisation to address food-related emissions and promote pathways toward a more sustainable future. The brief focused on supporting and maintaining an existing website while ensuring content remained engaging, accurate and easy to manage within a highly secure system. Key requirements included:
-
Ongoing content updates, including blog editing, content revisions and video embedding
-
Maintaining a clear, accessible user experience for a global audience
-
Working within a secure web environment, which introduced additional technical constraints
-
Ensuring updates could be reliably tested and deployed without disrupting the live platform
-
Improving internal workflows to support future team use
Solution:
A considered approach was taken to balance regular content management with the technical demands of a secure platform:
-
-
Regular website updates were carried out, including embedding video content, editing blog posts and revising page content to ensure clarity, consistency and accuracy
-
Content changes were handled with a strong focus on accessibility and readability, supporting the platform’s educational and advocacy goals
-
Challenges presented by the site’s secure system - particularly around syncing environments and test runs - were identified and methodically resolved
-
Processes were refined to improve staging and deployment workflows, reducing friction between test and live environments
-
Clear, repeatable solutions were implemented to support future contributors, helping the wider team manage updates confidently and efficiently
-
The result was a stable, well-maintained platform that supported Coolfood’s global mission while improving long-term usability and internal processes
